Hello I’m Auntie Kelly I have been the deputy manager at Milnrow pre-school for 8 years. I have 22 years of experience in childcare. I currently hold a level 4 qualification in childcare, and I am currently studying for my level 5 in Early years lead professional. I have recently achieved my level 3 in send coordinator. I feel that all children should have a good start in life to thrive. I wholeheartedly believe in proving good quality care and education for shaping small minds. I am passionate about being inclusive and that all children should have the opportunity to learn.

Hello I’ m Auntie Louise I studied the BTEC National diploma in early years in 2000 until 2002 and have been working in Early years settings ever since. I have been at Milnrow Pre-school since April 2019, whilst here I have completed an EKLAN communication and language course, and I am the Designated safeguarding lead. I love seeing the children reach their goals and seeing them grow in confidence. I am keen to develop new skills and knowledge to enable myself to perform at my highest ability within my role.

Ofsted say:- This provision is good. The quality of teaching is consistently strong. The well-qualified staff use accurate assessments to identify children's next steps in learning. They provide a balance of both activities led by adults and times for children to freely choose their play. Children gain the skills and attitudes needed for their next steps in learning and school.

The key-person system is well established and effective. Children develop close relationships with the caring and sensitive staff. This supports children to develop high levels of confidence and a strong sense of emotional security.
